The biker collided with a car as he rode past a junction and got dragged under it as his bike fell into the road.
As the dramatic CCTV shows, the man is stuck under the car until a group get together and lift the car off of him.
The car's driver immediately got out of the vehicle after the collision in the Pudong district of Shanghai in China, and called the emergency services.
The biker was taken to hospital but his current condition is unknown.
Meanwhile in Manila, in the Philippines it was the biker who acted like a Good Samaritan.
In footage that went viral across the globe, the kind-hearted rider cleared the way for an ambulance, responding to an emergency call, to get through traffic.
