FORMER bikie boss Toby Mitchell and biochemist Shane Charter were spotted meeting in South Melbourne on Tuesday.
The pair were pictured outside Mitchell’s City of Ink tattoo parlour in Clarendon St at lunchtime.
Charter has previously told the Herald Sun he has been using stem cell therapy to treat the ex-Bandidos sergeant-at-arms, and gave the former kickboxer medical consultations.
A witness said Charter regularly visited, with the duo often seen lunching together.
Mitchell was fined $1000 last month for punching a man in the face outside a cafe. Another 16 charges — including extortion, making threats to kill and firearms offences — were struck out as the victim was found to be a compulsive liar with an “obsessional infatuation” with the former bikie.
He was bailed in July after seven months in prison.
The Australian Sports Anti-Doping Authority claimed Charter sourced raw peptide material from China for “sports scientist” Stephen Dank while he worked at Essendon Football Club.
