BIKER NEWS -- A former Perth bikie gang member is facing further jail time after being found guilty of repeatedly bashing his former partner, including at times when she was pregnant with his son.
Tristan Roger Allbeury, a former member of the Finks, has been on trial in the District Court for the past week on five charges including assault occasioning bodily harm and unlawful wounding.
The charges relate to Allbeury's partner in 2010, Nikitta Goddard, who the court heard suffered a range of injuries as a result of the assaults, including a perforated ear drum, stab wounds to the thigh, a cut to the bone on her hand, black eyes, bruising and abrasions.
The jury was also told about other acts of violence towards Ms Goddard, which were not the subject of charges but which the prosecutor, Adam Hills-Wright, said could be used by the jury to "support" the allegations.
Those incidents included Ms Goddard having a mobile phone smashed over her head at the beginning of her relationship with Allbeury, and being punched in the stomach when she was heavily pregnant.
Allbeury was also accused of pointing a silver hand gun at Ms Goddard as she drove along a suburban street, however the jury found him not guilty of a charge of being armed in public to cause fear.
The former Fink claimed the violence never took place, with his lawyer Michael Perrella submitting Ms Goddard was lying to get revenge against his client and because she was a "chronic drug addict".
Allbeury, who will be sentenced later this month, is already serving a jail term of three years and eight months for making "extremely violent" threats against Ms Goddard in 2012.
The threats, recorded when Allbeury made telephone calls to her from prison, included that he was going to bash Ms Goddard "so bad" that people would not be able to recognise her, and that he was going to make her a "dribbling vegetable".
He was in jail at the time for refusing to answer questions at a Corruption and Crime Commission hearing into a violent confrontation between the Finks and Coffin Cheaters bikie gangs at the Kwinana Motorplex in 2010.
At least three people were seriously injured in the confrontation, but neither the Finks nor the Coffin Cheaters would cooperate with police.
Allbeury was once a senior member of the Finks, and in November 2013 was found collapsed with multiple stab wounds and a fully loaded hand gun on the front lawn of the Mongol gang's headquarters in Balga.
