Michael Basanovic, his son Wade and Brian Brown were accused of murdering Mitrovic at a Sydney trucking business in Wetherill Park in January 2013, after he allegedly told them: "You're all f***ing dead."
Mr Brown was acquitted last week following a direction to the jury. But on Monday, the Supreme Court jury found his co-accused Michael Basanovic guilty of murder and of causing grievous bodily harm with intent.
His son Wade, meanwhile, was found not guilty of murder but guilty of manslaughter and of causing grievous bodily harm with intent.
During their trial, the court heard the trio were former members of the Hells Angels city chapter and had gone to the transport business to recover a debt they believed was owed by Mitrovic to another man.
Wade, 24, claimed he had taken a gun to the meeting where Mitrovic was killed as he feared for his safety and was worried the high-ranking bikie had organised a hit on his father, Michael.
Following a heated minute-long discussion, the crown said Wade took a pistol from his pocket and shot Mitrovic three times at close range.
Another employee of the transport company was also injured during the attack by a stray bullet.
Wade Basanovic's barrister Troy Edwards said his client had fired the shots after Mitrovic threatened to kill them.
Michael, meanwhile, told the jury he used to cook the drug ice for bikies and was paid about $20,000 per night.
Before the shooting Michael, 49, said Mitrovic wanted him to go back to work.
"He was offering people money to find me," Michael said.
The father and son will return to court in October for a sentence hearing.
